Five private one to one classes at Kajoma Studio, using the mat with props and/or Reformer.
Have the expert touch, eye and guidance of Kat at Kajoma Studio. A program specifically targeting your health and mobility goals will be put together once Kat has watched you move.
You will go through exercises together with Kat while I she helps you achieve correct alignment and breathing. Any alignment issues or injuries can be identified and addressed. Working on strengthening any weaknesses. Even with injuries or a pathology a Pilates class can be planned to workout your full body working around your issue.
Tactile touch will be used (unless requested not too). Touch helps aid the movement to feel it better and get into better position by adjusting your alignment. Expect to move from the very start, receive feedback and assistance and have a great workout!
Private sessions are available to book between 9.30am-3pm weekdays, depending on availability. Link here to check the location of the studio.
