Pre & Post Natal Pilates

You can safely take a Pilates class throughout pregnancy. By practising Pilates during your pregnancy it will ease your aches and your body will remember the technique to help you recover quickly after birth, You can begin the breathing exercises the day after your birth to begin your rehabilitation straight away.

£235 for 5 sessions 

(You will be given a five class pass that is stamped each time you visit, with a six month expiry date)
