Do you provide Pilates online without equipment?

Yes the online service is mainly without any equipment. You don't even need a mat to take a class, just an area of floor to lie on. There are six categories to easily find a class. The last category has prop classes that use small props like foam rollers or an elastic Theraband. If you do not have the props you can still take the class with options for home items to use in the class description and the instructor will highlight this at the start.


Which type of Pilates is better?

Not one type is better than another. It is best to try different classes and see which is a better fit for your body and whether you fit with the instructor taking the class.
