Pilates Classes in the Studio and Online

Private Class
 

Private and semi-private classes are available at Kajoma Studio between 9am-4pm weekdays.

By watching you move a class plan can be put together specifically for your body. To strengthen, work around injuries and move your body in a safe and pain free way.

Group Classes

Group classes are available at the studio with a maximum of six people in a class. Small groups enables you to receive good attention from the instructor. These are mat classes using small props, everything is provided.

£12 per class. Term booking that runs along with the school terms.

Menopause Support

 

The menopause effects women physically, mentally and emotionally. There's no need to suffer, receive help and support to enjoy this new stage in life.

Book a consultation to work through your menopause symptoms and move your body to have a positive effect.

Pre & Postnatal

 

Pilates helps you relax and move positively during pregnancy to prepare you for the birth and to help you recover quickly after birth.

Become more in-tune with your body, Pregnancy and postpartum experience varies significantly, a class can be put together specifically for your unique body.

Online Classes
 

Gain access to hours of pre-recorded classes that can be viewed wherever and whenever you wish.

If you can not get to the studio or you wish to practice in your home at a convenient time to you then online classes are a great option!

Reformer Class
 

A Reformer is a great piece of Pilates equipment to workout on. It is a carriage attached to different resistance springs to increase the challenge of a movement and help with stretches.

 

Expect a full body workout to increase your strength and mobility.
