Private Class
 

Private classes are available at Kajoma Studio between 9.30-2.30 weekdays.

By watching you move a class plan can be put together specifically for your body. To strengthen and move your body in a safe and pain free way.

Pre & Postnatal

 

Pilates helps you relax during pregnancy and prepare for the birth, it can also help you to recover quicker.

Every woman experiences her pregnancy and postpartum differently, a class can be put together specifically for you.

 

Semi-Private Class

Get stronger together with a semi-private booking, available for maximum 2 people per class.

Booking times are available at Kajoma Studio between 9.30-2.30 weekdays.

Online Classes
 

Gain access to hours of prerecorded classes that can be viewed wherever and whenever you wish.

If you can not get to the studio or you wish to practise in your home at a convenient time to you then online classes are a great option!
