Private Classes

Private Classes are available at Kajoma Studio or in the privacy of your own home.

Receive a free fitness screening with your first private class, followed by a one hour class specifically tailored to your needs.

£8 for your first trial class

£8 per class, block term booking

Block booking runs with the school term. Please contact me for class availability.

Pre & Postnatal


Pilates helps you relax during pregnancy and prepare for the birth, it can also help you to recover quicker.

Every woman experiences her pregnancy and postpartum differently so we will put together a class specifically for you.


Pilates throughout your pregnancy means you can do the breathing techniques learnt in class straight after your birth to start your recovery process.
