Pilates is for every body, at every stage of life. Kat will guide them through carefully selected exercises to help improve alignment and breathing, build strength, increase mobility and develop greater awareness of how their body moves.

By observing their movement, Kat can identify areas that may benefit from additional attention and adapt exercises to suit their needs. Where appropriate, modifications can be made to accommodate existing injuries or physical limitations, helping them work towards their goals at a comfortable and appropriate pace.

Expect to get moving from the very beginning, with individual feedback, expert instruction and encouragement throughout. With the recipient’s consent, hands-on adjustments may be used to refine alignment, improve positioning and help them experience each movement more effectively.

Whether they want to try Pilates for the first time, build strength, improve their posture or enjoy an hour dedicated to their wellbeing, this is an opportunity to focus on themselves with personalised support from Kat.
