A personalised Pilates experience
With Kat’s expert eye, hands-on guidance and individual attention, each session is tailored to the recipient’s body, ability and personal goals.
After observing how they move, Kat will develop a programme focused on their individual health, strength and mobility goals. Whether they’re new to Pilates or looking to progress their existing practice, each session is designed to help improve alignment, refine breathing, build strength and develop greater body awareness.
Exercises are carefully selected and adapted to suit individual needs. Areas that may benefit from additional support or strengthening can be addressed, and appropriate modifications can be made to accommodate existing injuries or physical limitations.
Expect to get moving from the very first session, with expert instruction, individual feedback and encouragement throughout. With the recipient’s consent, hands-on adjustments may be used to help refine alignment, improve positioning and develop a better understanding of each movement.

Five private classes offer the opportunity to build consistency, develop confidence and progress over time, with personalised support from Kat every step of the way.
It’s a wonderful way to encourage someone special to invest in their wellbeing, discover the benefits of Pilates and enjoy some valuable time for themselves.
