A personalised Pilates experience
With Kat’s expert eye, hands-on guidance and attention to detail, each session is tailored to help the recipient get the most out of their practice.
After observing how they move, Kat will develop a programme focused on their personal health, strength, mobility and movement goals. Whether they’re new to Pilates or looking to progress their existing practice, the sessions will evolve with them as they build confidence, improve technique and develop a deeper understanding of their body.
Working closely with Kat, the recipient will explore exercises that encourage better alignment, breathing, posture and body awareness. Movement patterns and areas of weakness can be identified, with exercises adapted to suit individual needs and abilities, including appropriate modifications for existing injuries or physical limitations.
Expect to get moving from the very beginning, with individual feedback, expert instruction and plenty of encouragement throughout. Hands-on adjustments may be used, with the recipient’s consent, to help refine alignment, improve positioning and develop a better feel for each movement.
Five sessions offer the opportunity to build consistency, develop strength and make meaningful progress — all with personalised support along the way.

Private Pilates sessions are available on weekdays between 9am- 5pm, subject to availability.
