To celebrate the studio being 5 years old I have closed for a week to redecorate and add some lovely new cupboards. The studio is looking very smart and sleek with all the props now away in cupboards. I have changed the mats and props to grey so there's a simple white and grey colour theme throughout the studio including the colour of the props! There are lots of props stacked away including foam rollers, magic circles, therabands, loop bands, yoga blocks, overballs, weighted ball, dumbells and balance balls.
It was a hard week redecorating but I am really happy with the results, it's a lovely relaxing space to work and play! I want to thank all the clients that have come through the door and supported the studio. I hope it will be a continued success and hope to not decorate for another five years now!
